Move-in ready 2021-built 3 bed/2.5 bath corner unit townhome in Rivergate. Spacious, low-maintenance living with easy access to I-295, beaches, St. Johns Town Center, and more. Brand new stove/oven. Great value in a convenient Jacksonville location!
Alderman Park, located between Arlington Expressway and University Boulevard N, is a residential and park-centered Jacksonville neighborhood with a mid-century street grid and a lake-and-greenway backdrop. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Alderman Park loop at Townsend Boulevard, where walkers circle the water and the scene shifts from shaded lawns to open shoreline. Ranch-style homes and brick cottages sit on generous lots, with sidewalks and mature trees shaping a calm, lived-in feel. Alderman Park itself sets the pace with trails, courts, and picnic pockets. For a local night out, the nearby Blue Jay Listening Room and the historic San Marco Theatre add a cultural counterpoint beyond the neighborhood streets.
