Argyle Forest, located between Blanding Boulevard and the Cecil Commerce Center area, is a suburban and master-planned Jacksonville neighborhood with a lake-dotted landscape and a golf-and-greenway feel. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Blanding Blvd and Argyle Forest Blvd corridor, where plazas, local eateries, and everyday errands create a steady hum. Tree-lined streets frame a mix of late-20th-century ranches and newer two-story builds, often set behind ponds and pocket parks. The Argyle Forest Golf Club anchors the area with fairways threading through residential blocks. Nearby, the Jacksonville Equestrian Center adds a distinctly North Florida weekend rhythm. Trails and open lawns at nearby parks keep the setting outdoors-forward.
