Fantastic ground floor unit in the popular centrally located and gated community of Montreux. Move-in ready. Clean as a pin. Gorgeous vinyl plank waterproof flooring. The only carpet is in the bedroom, and that carpet is brand new. Neutral colors throughout. Located across from the second pool in the complex, so it's much quieter than by the main pool. This pool sits on serene Deerwood Lake with the paved walking trail around it. The rear of this unit is a wooded area for extra privacy. Relax and have morning coffee or evening dinner/cocktails in this peaceful setting. So you get both the lakefront and the wooded backyard. The best of both worlds. Montreux is known for it's amenities. The fantastic main clubhouse is huge and has a full theater, community kitchen, meeting room. The indoor basketball court is such a rarity and the workout machines in the gym are all top shelf. Get fit at home without paying extra gym fees.
