Welcome home to this all brick, corner lot beauty. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a formal living/dining area that flows nicely into the open kitchen and family room. New engineered wood flooring throughout the home, except in the kitchen and bathrooms which are tile. The split floor plan allow for the family to spread out and some privacy. The primary bedroom has tray ceilings with double sinks in the bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms and bathroom are on the other side of the family room. All appliances stay, including the washer/dryer. The roof was replaced in 2017 and the home has a termite bond. Brand new AC installed July 2024! Whether relaxing on the covered porch or sitting by the wood burning fireplace, you'll be glad to call this home.
