HPRD
Historic Planned Redevelopment And Development District
The historic planned redevelopment and development district HPRD is established to implement comprehensive plan policies for areas designated HPRD on the comprehensive plan future land use map. The HPRD district shall provide a management framework for directing future redevelopment in several redeveloping fringe areas within and outside the review area of the historic architectural review commission.; The HPRD district includes the Truman Annex project, including Sunset Island. The HPRD district shall provide a basis for encouraging additional development and redevelopment activities in other areas. Such new development and redevelopment shall be designed to advance the goals, objectives and policies of the comprehensive plan.
