Great Old Town 2 bed/2 bath home in quiet neighborhood. Would be a great starter home to move right in and live in Old Town or could be renovated to someone's dream project. Simple galley kitchen. Older bathrooms, but over 1000 sq ft. with nice sized bedrooms. Along with the pool and small deck there is a storage shed in the backyard.
