Short-Term Rental Planned Unit Development District
The purpose of the Short-Term Rental Planned Unit Development SRPUD District is to permit land under unified control to be planned and developed for short-term rental and time-share dwelling as defined in chapter 14-2 residential structures with a greater amount of site design flexibility by removing some of the restrictions of conventional zoning.
