Wow! This home has not only been very well maintained but the owners brought many upgrades to this home, including a crystal stone salt water pool with a beautiful waterfall; a beautiful kitchen with upgraded cabinetry, quartz counter tops, glass back splash, high end appliances and a newer sink with garbage disposal. They didn't spare any expense with the professional landscaping with top of the line border bricks. A new A/C system with a UV light was installed in 2012. You will feel like you are walking into a brand new home as your enter the foyer and see the upgrades this home has to offer. The inside of the home was freshly painted this year and the outside was painted in 2016. Grade A school disctrict also. The only thing you need to do with this home is move in.
