Step inside to a bright, open floor plan where vinyl flooring extends through the kitchen and dining area before transitioning to carpet in the main living room—offering both style and comfort for everyday living or entertaining. The oversized kitchen is a standout with abundant cabinetry and countertop space, a center island, stainless steel appliances including a brand-new refrigerator, built-in spice rack, and pantry. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient indoor laundry room (washer and dryer included!) that also opens to a massive walk-in storage area. The owner’s suite is generously sized with a walk-in closet and private ensuite featuring a large glass-enclosed shower. Interior French doors lead to a second family room with vinyl flooring, providing flexible space for a media room, playroom, office, or more. The desirable split-bedroom layout ensures privacy for all. Step outside from the laundry area onto the deck leading you to the fenced front yard. Around back, this home comes complete with not one but TWO sheds for on-site storage. Enhanced peace of mind comes standard with 3M security film on the windows—offering both added protection and UV ray blockage—paired with included hurricane shutters for ultimate storm readiness. Best of all—NO flood zone, NO HOA, NO lot rent, and YOU own the land! This prime location makes everyday living effortless — from quick grocery runs and local dining just minutes away, to weekend outings filled with live music and line dancing at Cowboy’s Dance Hall. T-1
Manufactured Home Subdivision District
The T-1 Manufactured Home Subdivision District is established to identify and stabilize those geographic areas within the City of Pinellas Park that are presently platted or developed as manufactured home subdivisions. The district is intended to be used primarily for manufactured home dwellings for residential occupancy upon lots owned by the resident or designated tenant, but conversion of these sites to standard single-family detached dwellings is encouraged as a means of improving these areas over time. It is the intent of the City to strictly limit further rezonings of land into this zoning category. Criteria for acceptance of rezoning petitions are stated in Section 18-1515.6, Criteria for Acceptance of Rezoning Petitions to T-1, below. This district is appropriate for areas designated on the Official Land Use Plan Map as Residential Low Medium, Residential Medium, Transportation/Utility and Community Redevelopment District.
