Skip the fixer-upper gamble: this Barefoot Bay home was remodeled to be lived in, not flipped. The move-in-ready 2/2 lives bright and open with new LVP flooring, granite counters, birch cabinets, and newer appliances, plus a new metal roof and reframed laundry room for real peace of mind. New siding, new water heater & windows. An enclosed Florida rm & covered carport add everyday ease, w/ room for the golf cart. Beyond your door: community pool, dock, & rec facilities. Low-maintenance Florida living just minutes from Sebastian's waterfront dining and the Indian River Lagoon.
Barefoot Bay, located between the Indian River Lagoon and the St. Sebastian River, is a waterfront and golf-oriented Micco neighborhood with canal-lined streets and a clubhouse-centered layout. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Barefoot Bay Recreation District campus on Barefoot Boulevard, where the pool complex, tennis courts, and activity halls set a steady, social rhythm. Low-slung Florida ranch homes and manufactured residences mix with palms, lakes, and tidy greenbelts that shape a relaxed, outdoors-first routine. The Barefoot Bay Golf Course threads through the community with broad fairway views and cart paths. Nearby lagoon launches and causeway views keep boating and fishing close to daily life. Local gathering staples include the Barefoot Bay Golf Club, the Micco Roadside Farmers Market, and the Sebastian River Preserve State Park trail network.
