Quaint lovely little abode located in secure gated community. Wild deer, turkey, all sorts of nature. The location is on a preserve. Perfect a single or young couple just starting out. Also has a screened in balcony for this Spring or Fall mornings or evenings with a cup of coffee or tea. The unit would make a great AIRBNB with some cosmetic improvements.
