Welcome to a home site where you can fish from home. Neighbor caught a 13 pound bass in his pond. Stocked with Carp to control the grass, Bass and Bream. This place is ready for the kids to fish. Must build at least 2000 sq ft home. Cleared and ready to build. This is the last lot on these ponds, all the rest are sold. 1.85 acres to relax in the peaceful Molino area. One half acre of your lot is in the front pond. That leaves a very nice size lot to build. You own half of the front pond. Lake doctors just gave these lakes a perk up and check up. They are in great shape. 21 Minutes to NFCU. 29 minutes to heart of downtown Pensacola.

RMU
Rural Mixed-Use District
The rural mixed-use (RMU) district establishes appropriate areas and land use regulations for a mix of low density residential uses and compatible nonresidential uses within areas that have historically developed as rural or semi-rural communities. The primary intent of the district is to sustain these communities by allowing greater residential density, smaller residential lots, and a more diverse mix of nonresidential uses than the agricultural or rural residential districts, but continue to support the preservation of agriculturally productive lands. The RMU district allows public facilities and services necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of the rural mixed-use community, and other non-residential uses that are compact, traditionally neighborhood supportive, and compatible with rural community character. District communities are often anchored by arterial and collector streets, but they are not characterized by urban or suburban infrastructure. Residential uses are generally limited to detached single-family dwellings, consistent with existing rural communities and limited infrastructure.
