About this home
Best value in central Naples - only 2 miles from the beach. This beautifully updated, turnkey-furnished villa offers an exceptional combination of privacy, space, and location. With 1,728 square feet of living area, the thoughtfully designed floor plan features a first-floor primary suite, versatile den, full-size laundry room, and spacious upstairs loft-style guest bedroom with private bath and large walk-in closet. The home lives like a single-family residence while offering low-maintenance condominium living. Freshly painted throughout, recent updates include white kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated lighting and ceiling fans. The open-concept living and dining areas are filled with natural light, flowing seamlessly to a large screened lanai with peaceful landscaped views and exceptional privacy. Bent Pine Villas is one of Naples’ most charming garden-style communities, surrounded by rich tropical greenery, and winding walkways that create a private setting rarely found this close to the beach. This pet-friendly community offers a relaxed lifestyle with a community pool and fishing pier overlooking the pond. HOA includes lawn care, pest control, water, sewer, and trash for true lock-and-leave convenience. Ideally located in the heart of Naples, this hidden-gem community is just minutes to Park Shore, The Moorings, Waterside Shops, Venetian Village, and downtown Naples. A rare opportunity to own a move-in-ready home in a prime location at this price point.
Central Naples, located between U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail N) and Airport-Pulling Rd N, is a coastal and residential Naples neighborhood with mid-century streetscapes and a golf-and-garden backdrop. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the U.S. 41 & 5th Ave N corridor, where galleries, chef-driven dining rooms, and polished storefronts set a walkable, evening-forward rhythm. Architectural cues lean toward low-slung ranch homes, updated Florida contemporary builds, and discreet condo communities tucked behind palms. Naples Botanical Garden adds a curated, tropical counterpoint to the grid of canals and boulevards. The Naples Players and The Baker Museum anchor the cultural calendar with theater nights and museum afternoons. Greenway links and flat streets support bike commutes and casual loops toward the Gulf.
