One mile to the beach! High and Dry! Home priced at land value but is livable- this home goes through to both streets- perfect for a duplex or extended family suite. Located in X flood zone which means there is no flood insurance needed, it is very high and dry. Remodeling does NOT need permission from FEMA in an X zoned property. This home is solid and has some nice tile work. Fenced with nice floor plan. Concrete driveway on Highlands and beautiful fenced oasis on the Solana side. This home has a fireplace and beautiful mantle. Higher ceilings. Outdoor shower and living area. Seagate, Gulf View and Naples High districts. Although livable, it does need your finishing touches. Tenant on the highlands side pays $500 a month and of course would like to stay- 60 day notice or less to vacate. Seller on the Solana side would like 30 days after closing to vacate if possible.
