Lakewood, located between Collier Blvd (CR 951) and Santa Barbara Blvd, is a residential and golf-oriented Lely neighborhood with fairway-lined streets and a low-rise, lakes-and-canals landscape. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Lakewood Country Club clubhouse off Lakewood Blvd, where golfers, walkers, and patio diners set the daily rhythm. Housing leans toward mid-century Florida ranch homes and condo communities arranged along curving roads and water edges. Sidewalk loops and cart paths shape an outdoors-forward routine. Nearby, Naples Botanical Garden and Sugden Regional Park add weekend-scale green space and water views. Dining and local flavor often orbit Celebration Park’s food-truck waterfront scene.
