Are you looking for an awesome neighborhood, a good sized home, and one that won't break the bank? If so, then this is the one you have been waiting for. The minute you pull into the neighborhood you will fell like this is home and that won't change once you walk thru the front door. Great curb appeal and nice and peaceful front porch. On a nice end lot so you have more room, extra long driveway, and a home that backs up to the greenbelt. This Longleaf golfcart neighborhood is highly sought after and homes do not last long here. The home has many great features including a downstairs den that could easily be an extra bedroom, separate dining room, open floor plan, nice size kitchen with upgraded 42 inch cabinets, corian counter tops, nice size family room, and a great covered and screened patio which is perfect for relaxing in the morning or at the end of your work day. This home is great for entertaining and for a family to enjoy. Enjoy the close amenities, gorgeous walkways, the resort style community pool with a spacious clubhouse, playgrounds, basketball court, greenbelts, greens throughout the neighborhood, accessible to Starkey trail, a nine mile running, biking and walking trail that leads to Starkey park, lakes and mature trees in the community. It does not get any better than this.

MPUD
Master Planned Unit Development District
The purposes of the MPUD districts are: To encourage innovations in residential and nonresidential development and redevelopment so that the growing demand for housing in the County may be met by greater variety in type, design, and layout of dwellings to encourage the thoughtful consideration and inclusion of supporting nonresidential uses where appropriate, and to encourage the effective use of open space and recreational areas.; To provide greater opportunities for better housing and recreation for all who are or will be residents of the County by encouraging a more efficient use of land and public services and to reflect changes in the technology of land development so that the economies so secured may inure to the benefit of those who need homes.; To provide for residential cluster options and incentives that are designed to protect the rural character of the County's rural areas.; To encourage more flexible land development which will respect and conserve natural resources such as streams, lakes, floodplains, groundwater, wooded areas, steeply sloped areas, and areas of unusual beauty or importance to the natural ecosystem.; To encourage more efficient, flexible, and controlled employment centers, industrial, commercial, and other development under the MPUD concept.
