Great neighborhood with deed restrictions to maintain the look & value of the community. This modern, open floor plan suits just about any new owner. Large kitchen open to the dining area & great room plan. High vaulted ceilings in great room & tray ceiling in the master bedroom. Master bath inside master for privacy & convenience. The center bedroom is used as an office with French Doors. The 3rd bedroom is far from the master & has a nice bath just outside the bedroom door. Inside laundry with washer/dryer as you enter from the 2 car garage. Easy maintenance laminate & ceramic floors through the house. One of the best features of this home is location- no rear neighbors nor on one side PLUS it is across the street from a pretty pond & trees. The rear patio is huge & screen enclosed with nice pavers. There is a hot tub but it has not been used in a while so it is sold "as is" with the house. One more great benefit- this home comes with a one year home warranty effective from the date of closing! Great for peace of mind! HOA fee covers maintenance of: landscape, including shrub trimming, irrigation system and water for sprinklers plus trash pick-up. Street appears to be in an "AE" flood zone but owner has building permit showing the home is above the flood zone in an "X" zone. This means a typical lender will not require flood insurance. All dimensions are approximate. Buyer is responsible to confirm all factors deemed important to buyer. This lovely home is one of best values in the community!
Special times await you in the formal dining room of this 3-bedroom/2-bath contemporary home on a conservation lot. You'll enjoy a master suite with two-person shower for saving water, his-and-her closets for better organization, casual great room with wood floors, open kitchen with electric range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, breakfast bar for after-school snacks, walk-in pantry for stacks of snacks, appliances included, dishwasher. Privacy abounds in this warm and inviting home! NO FLOOD INSURANCE NEEDED AT ALL!
