Florida room, kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms are tile. Guest bath was updated in 2004 with new cabinetry and flooring. Kitchen was updated in 2005 with all new appliances (except microwave and fridge), cabinetry, sink and countertops. Oven is regular or convection type. Whole house water softner (not warranted). Interior doors were replaced with 6 panel doors in 2004. This was home for 16 years and I truly thought it would be my last home. What attracted me initially to the home is the wrap around porch. We have watched many hurricanes sitting on that porch--no claimable damage from any of them. The Florida room is the safest room in the house with StormCat 5 film on the windows with UV protection. For 5 years it was a Girl Scout meeting area. The dining room is great for just that, but we used it in later years as an office. Home is protected by a termite bond with Killingsworth Pest Control. New roof with a full price offer. Refrigerator and microwave not warranted, but work great. Owners are licensed real estate brokers in Florida and Mississippi.
