Augustus Villa 2+den/2/2 with a panoramic view of the 3rd hole! WOW this is retirement living at it's finest. I am not going to waste your time listing the upgrades you will see them yourselves. However, I am going to go on and on about the view and the maintenance free living. Only sold in the resale market and the builders office has alot to say about villa's. Isn't it always that way when you have nothing like it to offer buyers! The exterior of the building is maintenance free and the yard is just not your concern. I think it is about time to take the work of maintaining some of this retirement plan away and give it to someone else. Many owners of villa's came from homes inside Stone Creek and they all say the same thing 'wish I had done this years ago'. Come see for yourself!

Planned Unit Development District
A Planned Unit Development district is intended to provide a process
for the evaluation of unique individually planned residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, or mixed use developments, which may not be otherwise permitted in zoning districts established by this section. Standards and procedures of this district are intended to promote innovative design and permit planned diversification and integration of uses and structures, allow flexibility and compatibility with surrounding properties, and be consistent with existing infrastructure, while at the same time retaining the absolute authority of the Board to establish such conditions, stipulations, limitations and restrictions as it deems necessary to protect the public health, safety and general welfare.
