Extraordinary luxury home in immaculate condition on an estate parcel in Hunter's Ridge. Although this custom built home was beautiful when it was newly constructed, nearly every inch of the house has been upgraded through tasteful and professional renovations where the owner specced some of the finest fixtures and appointments available. The photos in the link tell the story and while they are lovely, they honestly don't quite represent how well this home's renovations have been executed. Offering all of the elements that designers dream of from rich Hickory floors to extensive trim work and a fabulous fireplace framed in stunning marble, this home is in a class of it's own and is anything, but standard. CONTINUED. .. The open floor plan incorporates a generous family room flanked by an inviting living room and beautiful light filled dining room. The kitchen is an extension of the living space opening over a granite service bar with floor to ceiling handcrafted solid wood cabinetry, new high end appliances and brilliant lighting. Fabulous custom wine bar is built into the casual dinette that overlooks the sprawling lawn and distant rose garden. A gracious sun room serves the owner and guests as an all season room that is heated and cooled but can also be opened to the outdoors through lovely Pella windows and doors with handsome solid wood casings. A true split floor plan offering a private master suite with vaulted ceilings and plenty of space that includes a sizable walk-in closet/dressing room with custom built-ins and a stunning bath with double vanities, make-up station, frameless glass shower and remarkable tile and stone settings. Two ample guest/childrens' rooms occupy a dedicated wing and share a beautiful bath. The 4th bedroom currently serves as a quiet home office showing off more of the gleaming wide plank wood floors. Even the laundry - utility room is finished to fine standards with custom cabinetry under silestone tops and a classic inset porcelain farm sink. The oversized two car garage with charming carriage house doors is incredibly deep complete with a workshop. The lot here is technically waterfront as it abuts a serene lake however the owner chose to landscape the perimeter of the sweeping lawn for complete privacy. Plenty of space here for a pool or enjoy one of the community pools. This home has been maintained to the highest standards and pride of ownership is evident at every angle. MUST SEE!

Suburban Residential District
The purpose of the Suburban Residential SR Zoning District is to implement the Suburban Low Density Residential SLDR Comprehensive Land Use Plan category with emphasis on a site-specific holding capacity and design parameters leading to the preservation of wetland vegetative communities and natural drainage and retention systems. The district is intended to promote and encourage creative design by allowing a variety of residential structures and a diversity of building arrangements and lot configurations, and to ensure privacy, safety and promote on-site amenities and encourage internal capture of vehicle trips. The added purpose of this district is to allow limited agricultural activities on properties equal to or greater than five acres in size, located west of Interstate 95 and north of State Road 40. In order to achieve the goals of the suburban low density residential land use category, as provided in the future land use element of the Comprehensive Plan, all developments other than single-family rural subdivisions with a density of one unit per acre or higher shall only be allowed if submitted and approved as a Planned Residential Development PRD pursuant to PRD district regulations in LDC section 2-35.
