Gleneagles, located between US-19 and Lake Tarpon, is a residential and golf-adjacent Palm Harbor neighborhood with mature tree canopies and winding cul-de-sacs. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Innisbrook Resort entrance on Palm Harbor Boulevard, where manicured greens, clubhouse energy, and arriving golfers set the tone. Architectural lines lean Florida contemporary with stucco exteriors, screened lanais, and tidy landscaping. Innisbrook Resort’s Copperhead Course and Packard’s Steakhouse act as local pillars for dining and tournament-week buzz. John Chesnut Sr. Park adds lakefront trails and picnic lawns that shape weekend routines. The setting feels tucked from traffic while remaining oriented to Palm Harbor’s coastal-and-lake geography.
I absolutely love this charming condo in Gleneagles! I call it the tree house condo and when you see it you will absolutely fall in love! This condo was originally built as a two bedroom but is currently used as a one bedroom with an office. Just add a French door and you have your second bedroom. This condo has many recent updates; it has new kitchen counters, a raised ceiling and a new disposal, it has brand new doors and handles and all new baseboards throughout, it has a new shower and bath, it has new Corian countertops in both bathrooms with all new fixtures and new ceiling fans! The condo has been freshly painted too! The open floor plan with cathedral ceiling in living room, dining room and snack bar counter area make this condo light and bright and so spacious! The screened in lanai/porch is my favorite area. It has stunning peaceful views and looks over the park like setting. This condo has a covered carport, storage and a private patio area on the ground level, which is great for outdoor entertaining. This is in a great locations! IT is minutes from shopping, movies, restaurants, golfing, parks, playgrounds, beaches and so much more. .. .This will not last long! Mint Condition! One look and you will be sold. This unit has its own washer and dryer. Community pool and tennis courts, pets allowed, great investment. Check out this property before it is gone.

The RPD, Residential Planned Development District is intended to provide for a wide variety of housing types and densities while permitting some complementing non-residential, neighborhood-oriented uses.
