Residential Multiple-Family District
It is the purpose of the RM residential multiple-family land development district to provide an emphasis on multiple-family residences, while preserving and protecting the residential character of the village. A clustering of units and a variety of housing design and styles is encouraged in the RM district, while maintaining an appropriate density that will complement the surrounding development in the village.
