It is the intent of these regulations to provide for development of residential development in areas adequately served, or which can be served, by necessary utilities and services, in locations that are compatible with adjacent and surrounding land uses in accord with the goals, objectives, and policies of the Comprehensive Plan and in compliance with the standards set forth herein.
