Do not delay seeing this home, it will not last long!!! This fully furnished, beautifully decorated home is in the Perdido Key area near Johnson Beach and Pensacola NAS. The Innerarity Townhomes complex is very well maintained with great care given to the grounds, landscaping, and upkeep of the buildings themselves. The Clubhouse has a workout room, bathroom, meeting area, pool, and access to the beach. It is a beautiful area for kayaking, fishing, laying at the beach or just enjoying the beautiful bay. This home has fresh paint throughout, upgraded flooring (wood and tile) and many additional upgrades (must see to appreciate). Berber carpet leads up the stairs to the bedrooms and two full baths. There are two sets of triple wide sliding glass doors on both floors leading out to spacious (bay view) decks. This home has been enjoyed by the owners while being a very successful and popular rental property through Luxury Coastal Vacations. This home comes with a home warranty and is move-in ready at closing! This property is perfect as an investment property, second home or primary residence. Schedule your showing today!
These views are the ones they right songs about. No really you will feel your blood pressure go down looking out the master bedroom and the living room. Don't forget about the amenities the complex has as well. Oh yeah the unit. Re floored throughout most of the unit. Did you see that wood. and the kitchen is updated as well. We have storage space downstairs as well as a covered parking spot for cars or in the current owners case kayaks. There is even more storage downstairs. And finally you get to walk out to the complex private waterfront. Seriously I could go on and on for days, but I just recommend you come see the property. Like Today!

LDR
Low Density Residential District
The low density residential (LDR) district establishes appropriate areas and land use regulations for residential uses at low densities within suburban areas. The primary intent of the district is to provide for large-lot suburban type residential neighborhood development that blends aspects of rural openness with the benefits of urban street connectivity, and at greater density than the rural residential district. Residential uses within the LDR district are predominantly detached single-family dwellings. Clustering dwellings on smaller residential lots may occur where needed to protect prime farmland from non-agricultural use or to conserve and protect environmentally sensitive areas. The district allows non-residential uses that are compatible with suburban residential neighborhoods and the natural resources of the area.
