Great home in a Great location. Up and coming well established neighborhood with Navy Federal around the corner and lots more building up around. Home has a NEW ROOF....freshly painted throughout...brand new windows throughout...LVP flooring throughout except wet areas....travertine stone in the kitchen with tile counters and back-splash. Oak cabinets in the kitchen....breakfast bar. Air Conditioner was replaced in 2016 with a Goodman Unit, inside and out. Enjoy entertaining in your large backyard. Plenty of room to store your toys as well. The Master Bedroom is a nice size with an updated bath that includes a stoned shower. The backyard extends to the light pole which is beyond the back of the fence.
Fixer Upper with a very large yard. This home is being sold As-Is. Owner has limited knowledge as it was inherited. Wood look floating floors in the living room and foyer area, Two Bedrooms have carpet and one has no flooring. Travertine stone in the kitchen with tile counters and backsplash. Oak cabinets in the kitchen and all appliances appear to be operational. The kitchen has a breakfast bar as well. Air Conditioner was replaced in 2016 with a Goodman Unit, inside and out. There is an approximate 240 sq ft addition off the back of the home that was not permitted and is in need of repair. This room is not included in the square footage of the home as it is not conditioned space. The yard is huge and is cross-fenced in the back. The back portion of the land has not been maintained. The Master Bedroom is a nice size with an updated bath that includes a stoned shower. The hall bath is larger than expected. There are 2 sheds on the property and a close line. This home is convenient to Navy Federal and is in an area that is well established but nearby to new construction homes. This is a great opportunity to buy a home to make your own. This home would be a great candidate for a Rehab loan or an investor looking for rental property. Call me for a showing or additional information. More photos to come.

RMU
Rural Mixed-Use District
The rural mixed-use (RMU) district establishes appropriate areas and land use regulations for a mix of low density residential uses and compatible nonresidential uses within areas that have historically developed as rural or semi-rural communities. The primary intent of the district is to sustain these communities by allowing greater residential density, smaller residential lots, and a more diverse mix of nonresidential uses than the agricultural or rural residential districts, but continue to support the preservation of agriculturally productive lands. The RMU district allows public facilities and services necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of the rural mixed-use community, and other non-residential uses that are compact, traditionally neighborhood supportive, and compatible with rural community character. District communities are often anchored by arterial and collector streets, but they are not characterized by urban or suburban infrastructure. Residential uses are generally limited to detached single-family dwellings, consistent with existing rural communities and limited infrastructure.
