Move-In Ready 3 Bed, 2 Bath in Port St. Lucie Built in 2023, this three-bedroom, two-bath home brings modern construction without the wait of new build timelines. The open layout connects the kitchen, dining and living areas, with a split floor plan that keeps the primary suite private from the secondary bedrooms. The primary suite includes an en-suite bath and walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with new fixtures and hardware. Custom floor-to-ceiling cabinetry adds storage you won't find in comparable builds. Out back, a covered lanai and privacy wall create an outdoor space that actually feels private, a premium upgrade added at construction and rare among neighboring homes. Location is the quiet advantage here. Twelve minutes to Cleveland Cl inic Tradition, with easy access to I-95 and the Turnpike, Tradition Square shopping and dining, and A-rated schools. Port St. Lucie remains one of the most in-demand markets on the Treasure Coast. Recent updates include interior paint throughout, new bathroom hardware, updated door hardware and landscaping refresh. The home has been well maintained and is ready for immediate occupancy.
Verano, located between Interstate 95 and Florida’s Turnpike, is a master-planned and golf-oriented Port St. Lucie neighborhood with gated streets and resort-style amenities. The scene concentrates around the PGA Village Boulevard and Commerce Centre Drive corridor, where club entrances, practice greens, and low-slung retail pads set a polished, sports-forward tone. Architectural lines lean contemporary Florida—stucco facades, tile roofs, and landscaped lakes framing curving drives. The PGA Golf Club anchors daily rhythms with tournament-caliber courses and a clubhouse social calendar. Nearby, the PGA Center for Golf Learning and Performance adds a training-campus feel. Sidewalk loops and pocket parks shape an outdoorsy routine without leaving the community.

PUD
Planned Unit Development District
It is the intent and purpose of this district to provide, upon specific application and through the processes of unified planning and coordinated development, for the creation of new neighborhood or community areas offering a physical, social, and economic environment of high quality. Specific objectives of the district include the establishment of an orderly pattern of land uses geared to accommodate both near-term and long-term community needs; the efficient and economical use of land; and appropriate and harmonious variety in physical development; creative design; a high level of living and working amenities, including plentiful open space and recreation opportunities; efficient and effective systems of public facilities and services; a high degree of compatibility with adjacent and nearby existing and future development; appropriate conservation and preservation of natural features and resources; and the staging of development so as to best serve the general welfare of the City.; Regulations for planned unit developments are intended to accomplish the purposes of zoning, subdivision regulation, and other applicable City regulations to the same degree as in instances where City regulations are intended to control development on a lot-by-lot basis rather than on a unified development approach. However, it is essential that the regulations and requirements applying to planned unit developments be sufficiently flexible in structure so as to encourage creative and imaginative design in planning and development. Where there are conflicts between the requirements of the general provisions of this chapter or other applicable codes of the City and the requirements established by official action upon a specific planned unit development, the latter requirements shall govern.
