The VPD District provides an area for coordinated mixed-use developments which include Neighborhoods, each comprised of a broad range of residential housing types, Neighborhood Centers, Recreational Space, schools, and Village Centers that includes residential, commercial, office, Public/Civic uses, and Public Space within a planned development. Each VPD District has appropriate perimeter buffering and Open Space that is achieved through the Transfer of Development Rights and density bonus programs, or through other development incentive policies provided herein.
