This spectacular 3BDR, 2 bath condo has been fully remodeled and exudes elegance & comfort throughout. The extensive remodel included open kitchen with island, granite tops & granite open shelving. New HVAC (2021), new electric panel, new vinyl flooring, new lighting, new receptacles, new switches, USB ports, removed all popcorn ceilings and orange peel walls. new faucets & garbage disposal, new locks inside & out, new baseboards. Laundry room is available on the first level. Village Brooke is a hidden gem in a wonderful location that is close to beaches, gyms & hospital, shopping and downtown, but far enough to protect against hurricanes. No flood insurance needed. A block away to the Parrot Bar & Grill if you want to have a few drinks, listen to live music & walk home. You can enjoy the Florida lifestyle with worry free living and the biggest decision is which beach to go to! This condo is situated on a very private rear corner of the building and is surrounded by tropical landscaping to bring you relaxation & serenity! Whether you live here or lease it, this condo is truly special and is ready to offer The Florida Dream!
This 2 Br/2Ba condo is the largest size available in Village Brooke. It was formally a 3Br, but a wall was taken down to create an area off the Great Room which could be used as an office, media area, game area, children's play area or an extra large Great Room. The view from the Master bedroom is very private, looking into trees. The second bedroom and patio view also has a nice treed view. This home is light, bright, clean and tidy. It does need updating and is priced accordingly. The HOA fee of $330 a month takes care of almost everything but the electric bill. Enjoy the community pool, clubhouse with kitchen and pool table, tennis or a game of shuffleboard. These condos sell lightening quick because of the value of the amenities offered and the LOCATION.

RMF-3
Multi-Family District
The RMF Districts permit multifamily residential densities, which may take the form of a variety of housing types, including single-family detached, lot line, traditional, patio, villa, atrium, duplex, townhouse, multiplex, or apartment units. These districts are used in areas having convenient access to both collector and arterial streets, and nearby civic and commercial uses, as well as employment opportunities; The RMF Districts are generally used to implement the Comprehensive Plan within those areas shown as Medium Density Residential, High Density Residential, Office Multifamily Residential Areas and Corridors, and Town and Village Centers on the Future Land Use Map, on the Barrier Islands where the application of the district would not increase the density of development or hamper hurricane evacuation planning and disaster mitigation efforts, and Developments of Regional Impact. The RMF Districts, while not a primary implementing district, may also be allowed in Regional, Community, Village I, Village II, and Neighborhood Commercial Centers. Appropriate densities within the Medium Density and High Density Residential areas shall be guided by the density ranges as outlined in Future Land Use Policy 1.1.1, Objective 2.3, and Policy 2.3.1 of the Comprehensive Plan. These densities shall also be determined, in part, by the land use designations and developed residential areas surrounding the parcel.
