Here is well maintained three bed, two and a half bath, split plan home in an ideal museum area location. Updates & upgrades include impact resistant windows, wood & concrete floors and a newer kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast bar. A family room addition with beamed & vaulted ceilings and a wall of built in features blends seamlessly with the original mid century character of this property. The results are a light, bright, comfortable home with a well thought out floor plan. This house sits on an oversized parcel with long views out your dining room, master bedroom and pergola shaded front porch. An outdoor breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen overlooks the private, sunny back yard while the double french doors in the family room open to a large Cartagena brick patio and lap pool on the south side of the property. The garage was converted to an art studio years ago and today functions well as a home office with separate entrances. It could easily be a garage again but you may find many other creative uses for this bonus space. Rounding out the features are a cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace, a dining room with a convenient & beautiful wet bar, a large indoor utility room, a complete set of hurricane shutters, an alarm system and plenty of parking on a decorative red brick driveway. There's nothing to do but move in and begin enjoying all Sapphire Shores has to offer like being one block from a bay front park and surrounded by Sarasota's greatest cultural attractions.

RSF-2
Residential Single Family 2 District
The intent and purpose of the Residential Single Family RSF districts is to preserve land for housing and provide housing opportunities for individual households. The regulations are intended to create, maintain and promote the development and redevelopment of these neighborhoods while preserving their existing residential character. The regulations preserve the character of neighborhoods by providing six different densities and development standards. These zones allow some non-household living uses but not to such an extent as to sacrifice the overall image and character of the neighborhood. The regulations promote desirable residential areas by addressing aesthetically pleasing environments, safety, privacy, and recreational opportunities. The site development standards allow flexibility of development while maintaining compatibility within the city's various neighborhoods. In addition, the regulations provide clarity to property owners, developers, and neighbors about the limits of what is allowed.
