This home is one of the largest in highly sought after Lake Sarasota and at over 1/5 of an acre, on one of the largest lots. Driving up to this home, the first thing you will notice is a rare thing to find in the area; a large front porch with a porch swing. After a long day, swing your cares away and feel the breeze from sitting under the massive oak in the front yard. Once you have swung your limit, head inside. There are so many features to list them all but, I will try. Just inside the front door, a dry bar will greet you. Then, notice the split plan has newer granite counter tops in the kitchen along with wood cabinets with pull out shelving and soft close drawers and a breakfast bar. There is a pass-through from the kitchen to one of 2 bars on the lanai. Let's talk about storage. There is so much storage in this home with a walk-in closet in every bedroom. The owner's suite, which runs the entire length of the home, has a walk-in plus another closet. It also features a en suite bathroom (new toilets in both bathrooms) with a L-shaped counter that runs 6 feet on one side and 5 on the other. (Imagine what you can do with that space!) On the opposite side of the owner's suite, double doors lead to an en suite office which has more storage with double closets and has pocket sliders to the lanai and pool beyond. On the opposite side of the home are 2 more bedrooms and a pool bath. But, wait! There's more! There is a wood burning fireplace in the great room with a custom handmade hardwood mantle and hearth. The laundry room is 20 FEET LONG and has built-in knotty pine cabinets. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, bring the cocktail you made at your dry bar, outside to the lanai where you can relax while enjoying your newly refinished pool with a custom made stacked stone waterfall. Enjoy your cocktail as you listen to the water slowly run down the stones and trickle into the pool. At night you can float in your pool and gaze up at the stars through the newer pool cage. Accent lighting completes your true tropical oasis. Work from home? Imagine sitting under the lanai, by the pool, while you work or wake up and be steps from your en suite office. There's also a doggy door, a completely fenced backyard with a separate dog run for your puppers. The county records show the home as 1878 square foot under air but this does not include the under air laundry which is approximately 194 square feet nor the 400 square foot garage which is also under air. To top it all off, you'll be in a wonderful location with easy access to I-75, less than 5 minutes to Doctor's Hospital, many, many restaurants, shops, Lakeview Park/Paw Park. This is a very rare find in the area. Come bring your vision and make it your own.

RSF-3
Residential Single-Family District
The RSF Districts permit single-family residential densities, which may take the form of single-family detached or cluster subdivisions; Cluster subdivisions may include lot line, traditional, patio, villa, atrium, duplex, or townhouse units. The nature of the use of property is the same in all RSF Districts, with variation among the RSF-1, RSF-2, RSF-3 and RSF-4 Districts in the requirements for density, lot area and width, and yards; A limited number of nonresidential uses are allowed, subject to the restrictions and requirements necessary to preserve and protect the single-family residential character of the neighborhood; The RSF Districts are generally used to implement the Comprehensive Plan within those areas shown as Low Density, Moderate Density and Medium Density Residential on the Future Land Use Map and on the Barrier Islands where the application of the district would not increase the density of development or hamper hurricane evacuation planning and disaster mitigation efforts. Locations on the Barrier Islands that have existing RSF zoning are acknowledged, and are considered to be consistent with the Future Land Use Map. The RSF-4 District is also used to implement the Comprehensive Plan in the areas shown as Office/Multifamily Residential Area and Corridor on the Future Land Use; The RSF-4 District, while not a primary implementing district, may also be allowed in Regional, Community, Village I, Village II, and Neighborhood Commercial Centers. Appropriate densities within the Low; Moderate or Medium Density Residential areas shall be guided by the density ranges as outlined in Future Land Use Policy 1.1.1, Objective 2.3, and Policy 2.3.1 of the Comprehensive Plan; These densities shall also be determined, in part, by the land use designations and developed residential areas surrounding the parcel.
