As the morning sun filters through the bay window of the dining room, you sip your coffee, gazing out at the serene pond just beyond your patio. Tropical storm Debby and hurricane Milton passed right through without disturbing the peaceful ambience. The water's gentle ripples reflect the emerging daylight, casting a calming ambience over your breakfast routine. The open-concept kitchen, with its gleaming granite countertops and warm wooden cabinets, echoes with the quiet satisfaction of a home well-loved. Later, you settle into the open office space, laptop glowing softly against the backdrop of the tranquil water views. The den's versatility allows you to seamlessly transition between work tasks and personal projects, all while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The high ceilings and airy layout of the villa create an inspiring atmosphere, perfect for brainstorming creative ideas or delving into a favorite novel during breaks. As the day ends, in the living area, bathed in the soft glow of sunset, you lounge comfortably on the plush sofa. The cathedral ceilings soar overhead, emphasizing the spaciousness and elegance of the room. Your favorite playlist fills the air, mingling with the natural light that spills in through large windows. The villa’s thoughtful design invites both relaxation and entertainment, making it a cherished haven for unwinding after a long day. Saturday afternoon finds you gathered around the pond-side patio, laughter floating through the air as you enjoy a leisurely barbecue. Those who so choose play tag on the neatly manicured lawn while others lounge on outdoor furniture, basking in the warmth of community and the beauty of their surroundings. The heated pool and tennis courts beckon nearby, promising endless opportunities for recreation and bonding within the vibrant Westwoods Two community. As night falls, you gaze out from the primary suite's expansive windows and reflect on a good day. The walk-in tub offers a luxurious retreat, while the spacious walk-in closet houses your attire. The comfort of knowing everything is meticulously organized enhances your sense of peace, reflecting the timeless charm and functionality of your Sarasota home. Its serene ambience and thoughtful design cater to both everyday living and cherished moments with loved ones. Come make your own.

RMF-1
Multi-Family District
The RMF Districts permit multifamily residential densities, which may take the form of a variety of housing types, including single-family detached, lot line, traditional, patio, villa, atrium, duplex, townhouse, multiplex, or apartment units. These districts are used in areas having convenient access to both collector and arterial streets, and nearby civic and commercial uses, as well as employment opportunities; The RMF Districts are generally used to implement the Comprehensive Plan within those areas shown as Medium Density Residential, High Density Residential, Office Multifamily Residential Areas and Corridors, and Town and Village Centers on the Future Land Use Map, on the Barrier Islands where the application of the district would not increase the density of development or hamper hurricane evacuation planning and disaster mitigation efforts, and Developments of Regional Impact. The RMF Districts, while not a primary implementing district, may also be allowed in Regional, Community, Village I, Village II, and Neighborhood Commercial Centers. Appropriate densities within the Medium Density and High Density Residential areas shall be guided by the density ranges as outlined in Future Land Use Policy 1.1.1, Objective 2.3, and Policy 2.3.1 of the Comprehensive Plan. These densities shall also be determined, in part, by the land use designations and developed residential areas surrounding the parcel.
