About this home
There Is Only One. Crescent Beach House was purpose-built for a different kind of ownership experience. One where beach days, family gatherings, and investment performance can coexist under the same roof. Positioned in one of Siesta Key's most enduring vacation corridors, this is the type of property people return to year after year, and increasingly, seek to own. Sited at the mouth of the Point of Rocks’ beach access located at the end of the street, Crescent Beach House is a professionally designed luxury residence and high-performing short-term vacation rental offering five bedrooms, seven baths, an elevator, resort-style pool and spa, and expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces designed to accommodate large groups with ease. Unlike traditional vacation homes, the property was intentionally engineered for the demands of luxury short-term rentals, blending resort-style living with commercial-grade durability and operational efficiency. Whether enjoyed as a private family retreat, an income-producing asset, or a combination of both, the property offers a rare blend of lifestyle and investment performance. Only one adjoining residence is attached, creating a boutique ownership environment, while the neighboring property is also available for purchase separately for those seeking a larger footprint, future family compound opportunity, or multi-generational ownership strategy. Financial performance, rental history, ADR and RevPAR data available upon request.

The RMF Districts permit multifamily residential densities, which may take the form of a variety of housing types, including single-family detached, lot line, traditional, patio, villa, atrium, duplex, townhouse, multiplex, or apartment units. These districts are used in areas having convenient access to both collector and arterial streets, and nearby civic and commercial uses, as well as employment opportunities; The RMF Districts are generally used to implement the Comprehensive Plan within those areas shown as Medium Density Residential, High Density Residential, Office Multifamily Residential Areas and Corridors, and Town and Village Centers on the Future Land Use Map, on the Barrier Islands where the application of the district would not increase the density of development or hamper hurricane evacuation planning and disaster mitigation efforts, and Developments of Regional Impact. The RMF Districts, while not a primary implementing district, may also be allowed in Regional, Community, Village I, Village II, and Neighborhood Commercial Centers. Appropriate densities within the Medium Density and High Density Residential areas shall be guided by the density ranges as outlined in Future Land Use Policy 1.1.1, Objective 2.3, and Policy 2.3.1 of the Comprehensive Plan. These densities shall also be determined, in part, by the land use designations and developed residential areas surrounding the parcel.
