One of the rare end unit villas with a developer-built 10’ X 25’ heated Fla room instead of a screened patio, which means the MEASURED size of villa is 1570’ heated square feet. With only 8 villas built on this particular section of Candlewood Road, red brick interlocking pavers on the driveway, it feels more like a private home in a small neighborhood. Incredible value added upgrades: hurricane-grade windows, SAFE STEP - $23,000 - Stress-Free Jacuzzi style bathtub in master bath (Feb. 2025 under warranty), Carrier 3 Ton, Comfort Maker A/C with ADDED TOTAL AIR PURIFIER IN ATTIC (Nov 2024 under warranty), unique rock accent wall in living room (March 2025), private, concrete patio for outside entertaining with easy access through new glass paneled hurricane door. TOTALLY renovated kitchen with porcelain, non-slip floor, custom-made wood cabinets with soft closing drawers. Tall pantry cabinets with sliding drawers for easy access, granite countertops, touch switch for quiet garbage disposal, and ALL TOP-OF-THE-LINE MAYTAG APPLIANCES, (UNDER WARRANTY). Seating for 2 at kitchen counter as well as an oversized island with counter height stools and even more storage is another very desirable feature. Both bathrooms and master suite closet were updated before adding a whole condo water conditioning system as well as a reverse osmosis spigot in the kitchen, ensuring you’ll always have only clean and soft water for bathing and delicious water to drink! In the spacious garage is your awesome MAYTAG washer and dryer (UNDER WARRANTY), added LED lighting, pull down attic ladder and a great space for your golf cart through double doors to the side yard. The greater Bardmoor community, with its gorgeous homes and beautiful condos & villas has always been a favorite for the Boomer generation because it’s PET FRIENDLY, NOT in FLOOD ZONE, centrally located to shopping, Gulf beaches, VA and other medical facilities and all major cities on Florida’s west coast. There are multiple highways as well as scenic roads to St Petersburg, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Tampa, Orlando and even Sarasota.

RPD
Residential Planned Development District
The RPD, Residential Planned Development District is intended to provide for a wide variety of housing types and densities while permitting some complementing non-residential, neighborhood-oriented uses. The RPD district requires that the district be master planned as a creative, walkable and context-sensitive community that responds to the surrounding land use pattern and preserves unique natural features. The RPD district requires a development master plan and allows the applicant to establish the permitted uses and associated development standards that will be applied therein.; The RPD, residential planned development district, allows a variety of housing options to accommodate multi-generational communities with a range of residential building forms and housing sizes.; The intent of this district is to encourage use of imaginative design, to avoid monotonous repetition of pattern, to provide adequate open space and to permit flexibility of site design. The development parameters including building height, lot sizes, and setbacks shall be established for each RPD district.;The RPD district is intended to promote the health and well-being of residents by including facility-based and resource-based open space that encourages physical activity, promotes pedestrian activity, provides access to alternative transportation choices, and fosters greater social interaction.; The RPD district is intended to provide for flexible mixed-use developments at a scale that serves one or more neighborhoods in appropriate locations that have adequate infrastructure, transportation access, and market demand, consistent with the vision articulated within the Pinellas County Comprehensive Plan.; The RPD district is intended to encourage walkable, mixed use neighborhood centers within the community that provide greater opportunity for pedestrian activity, bicycle uses, resulting in reduced parking demand, and establish a sense of place. These centers should include community uses, recreation opportunities, and appropriate commercial services.; The RPD district should also achieve compatibility with surrounding neighborhoods by avoiding commercial intrusion and associated impacts into established neighborhoods.; RPDs with approved master plans prior to Oct. 23, 2018, shall continue to conform to regulations in place at the time of approval. Changes to approved master plans shall conform to current adopted standards.; Communities within the RPD district are developed and redeveloped pursuant to an approved development master plan pursuant to chapter 138, article II, division 11.
