Nothing short of Heaven best describes this idyllic setting with panoramic Gulf of Mexico views and a white sandy beach outside your door! And the great news is the privately situated free standing home is part of the Sandy Cove Condo Association. What better way to lock it and leave for the summer? Remodeled in 1997 with strong architectural elements, this Frank Folsom Smith designed residence enjoys clean lines throughout. The casual interior features pecky cypress accents, high ceilings, windows galore, pine floors, natural cherry kitchen cabinetry with granite, Sub-Zero, Thermador gas range and Bosch dishwasher along with a built-in buffet with concrete countertop in the dining room. There is an office plus a den/sitting area located just off of the Master Suite. Desirable Marvin brand Miami Dade compliant windows were installed in 2011. A dreamy waterside pool with a 2 story vaulted screen, flagstone decking, a summer kitchen and pool bath along with dual Gulf-front terraces create unimaginable spots to relax and enjoy the gulf breezes. This home has been meticulously maintained and represents one of the area's best waterfront values. Minutes to the Siesta Key Village amenities and world famous Crescent Beach.

Multi-Family District
The RMF Districts permit multifamily residential densities, which may take the form of a variety of housing types, including single-family detached, lot line, traditional, patio, villa, atrium, duplex, townhouse, multiplex, or apartment units. These districts are used in areas having convenient access to both collector and arterial streets, and nearby civic and commercial uses, as well as employment opportunities; The RMF Districts are generally used to implement the Comprehensive Plan within those areas shown as Medium Density Residential, High Density Residential, Office Multifamily Residential Areas and Corridors, and Town and Village Centers on the Future Land Use Map, on the Barrier Islands where the application of the district would not increase the density of development or hamper hurricane evacuation planning and disaster mitigation efforts, and Developments of Regional Impact. The RMF Districts, while not a primary implementing district, may also be allowed in Regional, Community, Village I, Village II, and Neighborhood Commercial Centers. Appropriate densities within the Medium Density and High Density Residential areas shall be guided by the density ranges as outlined in Future Land Use Policy 1.1.1, Objective 2.3, and Policy 2.3.1 of the Comprehensive Plan. These densities shall also be determined, in part, by the land use designations and developed residential areas surrounding the parcel.
