Live every day like you’re on vacation in this resort-style pool home on one of the most private, sought-after lots in gated Sterling Hill. Fresh interior and exterior paint, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, a 2023 roof, two 2021 AC units, and a 2026 water heater mean the big money upgrades are already done. The flexible floorplan offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, a dedicated office, and the ability to live as up to 6 bedrooms – perfect for growing families or multigenerational living. A rare two-primary-suite design gives ideal separation for in-laws, extended stay guests, or an older teen who needs their own space. The gourmet kitchen opens to bright, open living areas made for birthday parties, game days, and holidays. Step outside to your private oasis: an inground pool with pavered deck, no rear neighbors, and room to grill, lounge, and unwind in total privacy. All of this is set in Sterling Hill, a true lifestyle community with gated entrances, multiple clubhouses, resort-style pools, fitness centers, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, parks, dog park, splash pad, and more – just minutes to schools, shopping, dining, Weeki Wachee Springs, and the Suncoast Parkway for an easy Tampa commute.
Sterling Hill, located between County Line Road and Spring Hill Drive, is a master-planned and residential Spring Hill neighborhood with gated entries and a clubhouse-centered layout. The community reads as newer Florida construction—stucco exteriors, tiled roofs, and curving streets that frame small lakes and conservation edges. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Sterling Hill Boulevard entrance near County Line Road, where morning traffic, school runs, and errands set the daily tempo. Sidewalk loops and pocket greens shape a walk-and-roll routine, while the amenity core keeps recreation close to home. Nearby, Strong Tower Vineyard & Winery, Marker 48 Brewing, and the Hernando Heritage Museum serve as local pillars for tastings, pints, and a dose of regional history.
