The layout in each is a mirror reflection: a functional living space and a modest eat-in kitchen, leading into two spacious bedrooms. They share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Each indoor laundry room is equipped with a sink and shelving. Large enclosed Florida rooms provide an area ideal for sipping sweet tea or enjoying the weather when it's mild. They overlook a shared, generously sized backyard with a shed for additional storage. An adorable covered patio on each rear corner is just the right size to park a grill for summer barbecues and perhaps a few chairs for lounging. A wide shared driveway spans the width of the front of the complex, providing ample room for parking vehicles. There are no HOA fees or restrictions to deal with in this peaceful neighborhood. Fido and Fluffy can rejoice since it's only a few blocks away from the Rotary Centennial Dog Park. It's also within a mile of Explorer K-8 and Springstead High School. 3 parks lie within a file mile radius, including world-famous Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, where you can discover both the magic of Florida's Adventure Coast and real mermaids! There are plenty of shopping options nearby, as well as locally owned favorites like Murphy's Market, Jam's Cafe, Papa Clyde's Two Ice Cream, Caffe Connections, PJ's Brick Oven Pizza, Cali Street Tacos, and many more. US-19 is a few minutes west for easy access to Homosassa, Tarpon Springs, and Clearwater. Tampa is a quick ride down the Suncoast Parkway, which isn't far, and Orlando's amazing theme parks are less than two hours' east. Love may be blind, but you'd have to be crazy to pass up this property!

PDP(MF)
Planned Development Project-Multifamily District
The planned development project PDP is a specialized zoning district which provides a level of density and/or intensity, and a list of permitted uses. A narrative description and a master plan are part of the PDP zoning. The master plan is a visual depiction of the general layout of the project in conformance with the PDP rules with any additional performance standards or specific deviations requested. The process for approval of a PDP zoning is through the zoning amendment process as provided for in this ordinance. This master plan must be reviewed and approved by the governing body. The list of permitted PDP districts are contained in Section 5 of this article and the requirements related to PDP districts are contained in article VIII of this Code.
