If you've been looking for a comfortable, well-kept home in a quiet St. Augustine neighborhood, you've got to check out 131 N Twin Maple Rd. It's a 3-bedroom, 2-bath place with a bonus flex room that can really be whatever you need, an office, a formal dining space, a playroom, or even an extra bedroom. The home is just the right size at 1,566 square feet, and it already has a brand-new roof in 2025, which is a huge win. The Twin Lakes community is one of those spots that feels peaceful and taken care of without being strict or expensive. The HOA is super low, there's no CDD, and the neighborhood has nice walking trails and a clean, cohesive feel thanks to the quarterly HOA. One of the best parts is the location. You're close to a growing shopping area, good restaurants, and all your daily conveniences, but still only a quick drive to everything people love about St. Augustine, downtown, the history, the entertainment, and of course, the beaches. It's just a solid, easy-living home in a great area. Perfect if you want something low-maintenance, convenient, and in a neighborhood that really feels like home. Home has audio and video surveillance.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.

Planned Unit Development districts shall be suitable in location, area, and character for the Uses and Structures proposed, and are to be planned and developed in a unified manner. Land proposed for Planned Unit Developments proposed shall comply with the Comprehensive Plan and may be located in all Future Land Use Districts except that residential development in the Rural/Silviculture R/S and Agricultural-Intensity A-I land use designations shall be in accordance with the Planned Rural Development PRD District.
