Just steps from the heart of Midtown, this updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome puts some of Tallahassee’s best dining, shopping, coffee, and entertainment right outside your door. Inside, the bright, open layout flows into a beautifully refreshed kitchen featuring crisp white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and a striking navy tile backsplash. Both bedrooms offer generous closet space, while two full bathrooms provide a comfortable, functional layout for everyday living, guests, or roommates. A private rear deck extends the living space outdoors and creates the perfect spot to unwind. Stylish, low-maintenance, and incredibly convenient- this is the Midtown Tallahassee lifestyle buyers are looking for. (Some photos are virtually enhanced)
Glendale, located between Lake Ella and Midtown, is a residential and civic Tallahassee neighborhood with leafy streets and a close-in grid. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around North Monroe Street near Lake Ella, where coffee counters, small galleries, and patio tables meet the park’s walking loop. Housing reads as mid-century ranches and compact cottages with deep setbacks and mature canopy trees. Lake Ella & Fred Drake Park sets the daily rhythm with water views, picnic lawns, and a steady stream of walkers. Lake Ella’s food kiosks and the nearby Tallahassee Museum of History and Natural Science add a local, handmade feel to errands and afternoons. The setting stays connected to downtown while keeping a quieter, porch-lit pace.
