Urban Fringe District
The urban fringe district is intended to provide the opportunity for very low-density residential areas mixed with open space and agricultural activity on the periphery of the urban service area. The district allows for very low-density residential development of no greater than one unit on three acres of land, agricultural, and silvicultural activities.
