Well maintained mobile home located in eastern Leon County! Very spacious with an addition built onto it in 2010 adding tons of square footage to the home and with its own entrance, it could be used as a mother in law suite, air b & b, or a rental. Large master bedroom with a big bathroom with shower stall and soaking tub. Spacious, half acre, fully fenced front and back yard with a small above ground pool and fire pit, both staying with the property. There is also a storage shed and a car port. Roof is 2 years old!!!
