One or more of these photos have been virtually staged. Nearly new modern farmhouse built in 2023 on 2+ private acres in NE Tallahassee. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home features a bright open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, custom wood beams, and durable LVP flooring. The chef’s kitchen is the heart of the home with a large island, walk-in butler’s pantry, quartz countertops, white shaker cabinetry, stainless vent hood, and a high-end ZLINE range. Large windows bring in natural light and overlook the spacious backyard. The primary suite offers tray ceilings and a spa-like bath with an oversized shower and freestanding soaking tub. Three bedrooms are located on the main floor, while the upstairs bedroom and full bath provide an ideal private guest suite or bonus space. The home also includes a large walk-in, climate-controlled attic, currently unfinished but easily convertible into beautifully finished storage or additional functional space. Enjoy the privacy and peace of mind of a fully fenced 2+ acre property with a gated driveway, all located just minutes from shopping, dining, and top-rated schools.
