Development of Regional Impact District
A development of regional impact (DRI) is a development which, because of its character, magnitude, or location, would have a substantial effect upon the health, safety or welfare of citizens of more than one county. Development standards in the DRI zoning district shall be those approved in the development order for the DRI.
