Where a proposed use is inconsistent with the Comprehensive Plan, a plan amendment shall be required prior to any approval of a project. Any nonresidential use shall not exceed the Floor Area Ratios FARs and Impervious Service Ratios ISRs as depicted in each of the Planned Development Districts.
