Exceptional home in Foxwood of Trinity; perfect for the discriminating buyer dreaming of elegance & upgrades of a luxury home without the maintenance of a mansion. There is no other home on the market like this one, it is a one-of-a-kind. The owners took no shortcuts to create their own private retreat with luxurious appointments throughout. It is built for enjoyment, starting with the custom pool with sun shelf and expansive water & conservation views. The outdoor living space includes pavered flooring; a grill/kitchen with granite counters, all under roof with screen enclosure. The driveway extends the length of the home to the immaculate 3 car garage, not visible from the street, with a rare full attic. The landscaping is just right & groomed to perfection & the exterior is wired for landscape & holiday lighting. All that and we haven't gotten to the amazing interior qualities & enhancements! The WOW factor hits as soon as you enter the door; high ceilings, the open floor plan; the huge eat-in kitchen with 42" cabinets, granite counters & chef's quality appliances. The sumptuous master bath includes a walk-in shower & a luxurious clawfoot tub. The floors combine inlaid hand-scraped walnut, 20" ceramic tile & carpet in 2 bedrooms. The Plantation Shutters are exceptional; the Gas-Burning Fireplace extraordinary; the built-in cabinetry amazing. This 3 bed, 2 bath, 1969 sq. ft fully renovated home has more to offer than can be described here. Certainly, this home must be seen!
