There is a lot to like about this meticulously maintained, Arthur Rutenburg custom built, 4 bedroom/3 bath home in desirable Trinity Oaks. From the hard to find cul de sac location to the well appointed kitchen with gorgeous wood cabinets and granite counters to the fantastic back yard, this home has so much to offer! A perfectly placed den, with glass double doors is right off the main entryway, this space would make a wonderful home office, library, or media room. The kitchen, which is open to the family room, has stainless appliances and a great view of both the fireplace in the family room and the pool and spillover spa, plus a lovely breakfast nook by the mitered window. The master suite is very private and the attached master bath has a garden tub, walk in shower and separate vanities, The 4th bedroom and 3rd full bath have a door that closes them off from the rest of the house, making a great guest suite. which also offers separate access from the pool area. The 3 car garage has plenty of storage for cars and more, and the laundry room, located between the garage and kitchen, is big enough to double as a mud room.
