Under contract-accepting backup offers. Virtually Staged. Some homes simply make Florida living feel easier, and this inviting South Venice residence is one of them. Set on a spacious lot with no HOA and freshly painted inside and out, the home brings together a comfortable, connected layout, an oversized Florida room, a large backyard, and a location that keeps the best of Venice close at hand. Step inside and vaulted ceilings create an open feeling throughout the main living areas, while natural light moves easily through the home. The open floor plan allows the living, dining, and kitchen spaces to connect naturally, creating a relaxed setting for quiet mornings, casual meals, and time spent with family and friends. At the heart of the home, the eat-in kitchen offers a welcoming place to cook and gather. A breakfast bar provides casual seating, while a brand-new electric range and a dishwasher installed approximately six months ago add valuable recent updates. An inside laundry room adds another layer of everyday convenience. Just beyond the main living area, the oversized Florida room is the space that truly sets this home apart. Generous in size and filled with possibilities, it offers room for a second sitting area, game room, hobby space, or relaxed place to entertain. It is the kind of room that gives everyone a little more space to spread out and enjoy life at home. Outside, the large backyard offers even more flexibility, with room to garden, play, dine outdoors, or simply enjoy the Florida sunshine. Paired with no HOA, the setting brings an added sense of freedom that makes South Venice living especially appealing. The home features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a primary suite with a walk-in closet and ensuite bath. An attached two-car garage provides convenient parking and additional storage. Other notable features include a roof replaced in 2021, a recently replaced HVAC, rain gutters, an owned water softener, a private well, and septic. RSF-3
Residential Single-Family District
The RSF Districts permit single-family residential densities, which may take the form of single-family detached or cluster subdivisions; Cluster subdivisions may include lot line, traditional, patio, villa, atrium, duplex, or townhouse units. The nature of the use of property is the same in all RSF Districts, with variation among the RSF-1, RSF-2, RSF-3 and RSF-4 Districts in the requirements for density, lot area and width, and yards; A limited number of nonresidential uses are allowed, subject to the restrictions and requirements necessary to preserve and protect the single-family residential character of the neighborhood; The RSF Districts are generally used to implement the Comprehensive Plan within those areas shown as Low Density, Moderate Density and Medium Density Residential on the Future Land Use Map and on the Barrier Islands where the application of the district would not increase the density of development or hamper hurricane evacuation planning and disaster mitigation efforts. Locations on the Barrier Islands that have existing RSF zoning are acknowledged, and are considered to be consistent with the Future Land Use Map. The RSF-4 District is also used to implement the Comprehensive Plan in the areas shown as Office/Multifamily Residential Area and Corridor on the Future Land Use; The RSF-4 District, while not a primary implementing district, may also be allowed in Regional, Community, Village I, Village II, and Neighborhood Commercial Centers. Appropriate densities within the Low; Moderate or Medium Density Residential areas shall be guided by the density ranges as outlined in Future Land Use Policy 1.1.1, Objective 2.3, and Policy 2.3.1 of the Comprehensive Plan; These densities shall also be determined, in part, by the land use designations and developed residential areas surrounding the parcel.
