Thank you for taking the time to consider this stunning home, located in the gated Cypress Bend subdivision of WaterGrass and just minutes short distances from Elementary, though you’ll find many of the natives prefer to use golf carts for convenient travel. Despite the incredible growth of the community it is also becoming an even more convenient location. With a shopping center being built nearby you’ll be minutes away from groceries. If you need to travel further, 2023 will see the opening of a brand new freeway junction. Overpass road will soon take you directly to I-75.This home has a location along the water second to none, sitting at the end zone of a pond that stretches further than a football field. The view is incredible and must be seen in person to truly be appreciated. In the morning, it’s like staring at your own reflecting pool and as the day progresses all manner of wild life begins to stir. On the opposite end of the pond is a greenbelt, so you will enjoy your view with the comfort of knowing that no one will be staring back at you from the other side. Outdoor features include paver driveways and lawn curbing, which also encompasses the four beautiful palm trees adoring the landscape. Flooring is all hardwood, except in the restroom areas which are tiled. The laundry room contains voluminous cabinets with the rest of the home also featuring upgraded cabinetry. All windows are adorned with three-way cloth blinds.
The Brentwood offers a downstairs Owner's Retreat with the ability to personalize the upstairs with a variety of structural options designed to fit your lifestyle. Thoughtful details include an open floorplan design allowing connectivity between living areas and abundant windows filling the interior with light. In addition, the split three-car garage provides the perfect spot for an extra automobile, storage, or more. Located in Crown Communities' newest and spectacular master-planned community of Watergrass. Signature Crown quality is strikingly apparent in every aspect of Watergrass featuring a new Clubhouse and pool park with 6-lane Jr. Olympic pool, fitness center with HD TV’s attached to equipment, playroom off the fitness area, multi-purpose/social gathering room, landscaped grounds, grand entrance walls, gated villages, antique-style street lamps, pocket parks, playgrounds and natural wetland areas that enhance the community. Fun for all ages!
