To implement Policies FL. 13.01-13.17 relating to the East Nassau Community Planning Area ENCPA and the ENCPA Master Land Use Plan/FLUMS-6 of the Nassau County 2030 Comprehensive Plan.; To provide for multiple uses within the ENCPA where the primary uses may be residential, commercial, office, tourist commercial or industrial.
