Belair, located between Evans and Grovetown, is a suburban and residential Augusta-Richmond County consolidated government (balance) neighborhood with golf-course greens and wooded streets. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Washington Road (GA-104) corridor near Belair Road, where local eateries, service storefronts, and everyday errands cluster in a steady hum. Brick ranches and newer two-story builds sit along curving drives, with pockets of sidewalks and cul-de-sacs shaping a calm, car-friendly rhythm. Bartram Trail Golf Club sets a manicured edge to the landscape, while nearby greenways add a softer, outdoorsy counterpoint. For a cultural reset, the Augusta Canal Trail and Savannah Rapids Park frame weekend walks and bike loops. The feel is polished and practical, with a strong emphasis on yards, trees, and recreation.
