Opportunity to acquire roughly 55 acres with long-term investment upside in Whitfield County. This property consists of multiple lots totaling approximately 55 acres, including a substantial ridge section with usable land. A key value driver is the sewer line on the property. The land is tied to an earlier subdivision concept where roads were planned but not developed, offering a potential starting framework for evaluating a residential development, phased buildout, or land hold strategy. If you're seeking land with scale, utility access, and a layout that may support future lot creation, this property warrants a closer look.
